This one-on-one package is designed to provide personalized guidance, expert support, and a proven approach to help your child learn to sleep independently—so your whole family can get the rest you need.

This package is for children who are at least 16 weeks of age (from their due date) and are currently sleeping in a crib.

Here’s what’s included:

✅ Full Review of Your Client Questionnaire
Before we begin, I’ll carefully review the information you provide and send a personalized response outlining how I can best support your family and your child’s specific sleep needs.

✅ Initial Phone Consultation(upon request)
We can schedule a call to talk through your sleep challenges, set goals, and make sure you feel confident and supported before getting started.

✅ Custom Sleep Plan
You’ll receive a fully personalized plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament, and unique sleep struggles, as well as your family’s values and routines. This covers bedtime, night wakings, nap routines, and more.

✅ 2 Weeks of Unlimited Support
During your sleep training journey, you’ll have unlimited text and email support, plus phone calls as needed. I’ll be with you every step of the way to answer questions, offer encouragement, and adjust the plan if needed.

✅ Follow-Up Support
After your child is sleeping well, you’ll still have access to email support for any questions or challenges that may come up in the future. Whether it’s dealing with nap transitions, travel-related sleep issues, managing sleep during illness or regressions, or anything else that arises, I’ll be there to help.
